Role Overview
We are seeking a Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about travel, communication, and customer service. The candidate will assist in converting leads, coordinating with hotels and partners, and ensuring a smooth travel booking experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming travel inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication.
- Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and transport vendors for availability and pricing.
- Maintain records of client interactions and bookings.
- Support senior executives in executing marketing or promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent post-booking support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in travel sales, travel agency, or related field.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or related specialisation.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for the travel industry and customer engagement.
