Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for a dedicated and organized Floor Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who can coordinate daily floor operations, support patient care services, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day floor operations.
- Guide and support nursing and patient care staff, including GDAs, ANMs, and fellow nursing professionals.
- Ensure effective communication between the floor team and management.
- Assist in maintaining quality patient care and service standards.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with rehabilitation and clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient care.
- Address patient concerns promptly and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Foster teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among staff.
- Support staff orientation, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- BSc Nursing or GNM qualification.
- Previous experience in hospital operations, rehabilitation, patient care coordination, or healthcare services will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
