Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff member to ensure the smooth functioning of all restaurant and café facilities, equipment, and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintaining a safe and operational environment for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of restaurant and café premises, equipment, and utility systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Repair and maintain kitchen equipment, lighting fixtures, furniture, and other facility assets.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for major repairs and annual maintenance services.
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, water pumps, exhaust systems, and other utility equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and equipment history.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards, damages, or repair requirements to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
- Assist in setting up facilities and equipment for events or operational requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work area.
Educational Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
- Experience in handling commercial kitchen equipment and facility maintenance is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
