Job Overview
Chate's Homeopathy Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist & Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while ensuring effective communication with patients through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a patient-centric approach to deliver a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, visit confirmations, and missed appointments.
- Guide prospective patients by providing accurate information about clinic services and doctor availability.
- Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
- Handle billing, payment collection, receipt generation, and basic cash handling responsibilities.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
- Maintain proper records of patient interactions, appointments, and call activities.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and visitors.
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound patient calls.
- Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage front desk and telecalling responsibilities.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Prior experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or a healthcare clinic will be an added advantage.
