Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with software companies open to hiring fresh engineering talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers
- Pitch the edtech platform’s talent pool, training programs, and placement services
- Negotiate hiring partnerships, recruitment drives, and internship opportunities
- Coordinate with internal placement/training teams to align candidates with company requirements
- Organize campus drives, virtual hiring events, and recruitment campaigns
- Track hiring metrics, partner engagement, and placement success rates
- Stay updated on hiring trends in the tech industry and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant field preferred)
- Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or partnerships (EdTech or HR domain is a plus)
- 0 to 5years
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Understanding of software roles and engineering skillsets
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes
