- Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred).
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
- Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
