Solution Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Solutions Engineer to support our cybersecurity practice by working closely with clients, sales teams, and technical consultants. The ideal candidate should have experience in proposal preparation, technical scoping, and client engagement within the IT or cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and engagement documents for cybersecurity services.
- Understand client requirements and define project scope.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams.
- Prepare project timelines and effort estimations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations and maintain proposal templates.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to delivery teams.
- Candidates with 1.5+ years of experience in other IT domains (such as Networking, System Administration, Technical Support, etc.) who have undergone cybersecurity training and are interested in transitioning into a Solution Engineer role.
Required Skills
- 1.5–4 years of experience in Bid Management, or Client Engagement.
- Knowledge of VAPT, ISMS/ISO 27001, SOC 2, IT GRC, and cybersecurity services.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with technical scoping and effort estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Experience with consulting or cybersecurity firms is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
