Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective customers.
- Handle calls and follow up with leads.
- Provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain enquiry records and coordinate with the team.

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
