Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and confident Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team Maintain accurate CRM records and client interactions Engage prospects through calls, emails, and messages Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions Support customer satisfaction and relationship management
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client handling Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Experience in IT, SaaS, software sales, or outbound calling is an added advantage Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel preferred Results-driven and self-motivated personality
