The role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube video marketing.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
· Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
· Manage budgets and ensure high ROAS and conversions
· Run lead generation and sales campaigns
Social Media Advertising
· Execute campaigns on:
Instagram
Facebook
· Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing
· Improve CTR, engagement, and conversions
YouTube s Video Marketing
· Manage and scale campaigns on YouTube
· Plan and execute:
Video ads (skippable C non-skippable)
Product/demo videos
Performance-driven creatives
· Coordinate with editors and creators for video production
Content s Creative Strategy
· Develop ad creatives (image C video)
· Create content plans for social media
· Coordinate with designers and video editors
Website s Funnel Optimization
· Improve landing pages and conversion rates
· Track user behavior and optimize funnels
Data s Analytics
Track:
· CAC
· ROAS
· CTR

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
