Job Title: Key Account Executive / Manager – Modern Trade
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key modern trade accounts to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans.
- Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Category Managers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive promotions, pricing strategies, and trade agreements to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure product availability, inventory management, and effective in-store execution.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
- Manage receivables and ensure timely payment collections.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong account management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results with high accountability.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
