Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Assistant Store Manager** to support the day-to-day operations of our international jewellery showroom.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the jewellery industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience while leading the store team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing daily showroom operations and achieving operational excellence.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to domestic and international clients.
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales, team supervision, and store performance.
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure proper inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
* Handle customer queries, escalations, and after-sales service professionally.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
* **3–5+ years of experience in the jewellery industry** (mandatory).
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience handling premium or international clientele is preferred.
* Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
* Graduate (MBA or relevant qualification is an added advantage).
