Travancore Builders is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and drafting standards. You will work closely with architects and project teams to prepare accurate technical drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
