GK & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Space Planner to design, organize, and optimize warehouse and showroom layouts for maximum space utilization, operational efficiency, and effective inventory management.
We highly prefer candidates from the Textile, Apparel Showroom, Retail Warehouse, or Large Format Retail Industry who have experience in showroom planning, space optimization, and high-volume SKU management.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Showroom Planning
- Design and optimize warehouse and showroom layouts.
- Maximize storage capacity while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Plan racking systems, storage zones, and movement aisles.
Inventory & Space Optimization
- Develop category-wise SKU zoning.
- Improve stock accessibility and picking efficiency.
- Optimize inbound and outbound material flow.
Layout Design
- Prepare 2D layout drawings and floor plans.
- Plan warehouse racks, storage locations, and display areas.
Process Improvement
- Eliminate bottlenecks in warehouse movement.
- Improve workflow and productivity.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure proper emergency exits, fire safety clearance, and ventilation.
- Follow warehouse safety standards.
Coordination
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Support implementation of new warehouse layouts.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Preferred: Architecture, Interior Design, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Experience
- 2–3 Years
- Experience in:
