Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the direct voice and face of our global brand partners. You will handle inbound client communications, solve real-time consumer problems, and maintain exceptional customer loyalty standards.Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer inbound telephone calls and digital chats to assist clients with orders, billing, and services.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve inquiries on the first contact by diagnosing issues and using company tools efficiently.
- Accurate Data Entry: Document all customer communications, steps taken, and case updates accurately into the CRM tool.
- Upselling Execution: Recognize needs-based sales opportunities during account updates to offer relevant product upgrades.
- Metrics Compliance: Meet specific performance milestones including Average Handle Time (AHT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience (Freshers with strong English fluency are welcome).
- Communication: Clear, grammatically correct verbal and written English communication with a friendly phone presence.
- Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 30 Words Per Minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.
- Work Flexibility: Fully comfortable adjusting to rotational rosters, overnight shifts, and holiday schedules.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
