- Student administration: Maintain student records, admission documents, attendance records, certificates, and other student-related files.
- Admissions support: Assist with student enquiries, application processing, registration, enrollment, and admission documentation.
- Front office management: Welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors; answer telephone calls and respond to emails and enquiries. Handle routine queries and direct students or parents to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Academic support: Assist with class schedules, examination timetables, academic calendars, course registrations, and classroom arrangements.
- Attendance management: Maintain and update student and staff attendance records and prepare reports when required.
- Examination support: Assist with exam schedules, seating arrangements, examination materials, result records, and related documentation.
- Document management: Prepare letters, notices, reports, certificates, meeting minutes, forms, and other institutional documents.
- Data entry and database management: Enter and update student, staff, and institutional information accurately in relevant systems.
- Communication: Circulate notices, announcements, circulars, and other information to students, parents, teachers, and staff.
- Fee and financial administration: Assist with fee records, receipts, invoices, petty cash, purchase requests, and other routine financial documentation, as applicable.
- Events and activities: Assist in organizing orientations, seminars, workshops, examinations, cultural programs, meetings, and other institutional events.
- Office supplies: Monitor stationery and office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate purchases when necessary.
- Filing and records: Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential student, staff, examination, financial, and institutional information.
- Compliance: Follow institutional policies, procedures, academic regulations, and applicable education-related requirements.
- General administrative support: Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Head of Department or management.
