RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a strong Data Analyst role, accountable for the successful design, development, and delivery of Data Quality solutions on the corporate Data Platform. The technology landscape includes of the current application includes Informatica, SQL, RedShift on AWS environment and Tableau. This includes: • Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and issues • Responsible for the delivery of the data quality Business Specification, data quality rules and standards • Define rules for data profiling, cleansing, responsible for validation/UAT • Investigate and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with IT and business teams • Support data governance frameworks and enforce data standards • Document data definitions, lineage, and quality rules • Recommend and implement data quality improvement initiatives • Work with Data Engineers, Data Stewards, Business Analysts, and SMEs • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business audiences • Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and business communication skills • Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis • Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite action QUALIFICATIONS: - EDUCATION : B.E / B TECH/MASTERS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ELECTRONICS, RELEVANT TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION Technology Skills and Project Experience: - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics space - 7 years hands on experience as Data Analyst - 5 years of experience of Strong experience in SQL - Demonstrate a strong understanding of DQ processes and the ability to engage with all levels of the data supply chain, including ERPs, ETL, datalake, datamarts, and domain-specific data such as customer and product. - Proven experience in data analysis and data quality management. - Experience in DQ tool IICS and Tableau/PowerBI will be a added advantage - Knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution module will be a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react swiftly to data quality issues. - Excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact effectively with various stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data security and integrity. Business / Soft Skills: - Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills. - Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions. - Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources. - Ability to delegate where appropriate - Must be a strong team player/leader
