Panache De Interiors is a luxury interior design and execution company, now expanding from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad. We deliver end-to-end residential and commercial interior projects from design to on-site execution.
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor to independently handle our Ahmedabad operations from client meetings and site measurements to design coordination and on-site execution supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites across Ahmedabad for accurate measurements and site assessment.
- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, present design ideas, and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Prepare/coordinate design layouts, drawings, and material specifications based on site measurements.
- Supervise on-site execution carpentry, false ceiling, painting, modular kitchen, furniture installation, etc. ensuring work matches approved designs.
- Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and site labor to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
- Track project timelines and report progress regularly to the Hyderabad head office.
- Handle day-to-day site issues and resolve them proactively.
- Maintain documentation measurement sheets, site reports, and client communication records.
- Manage the Ahmedabad office/branch independently after the initial training period.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of both interior designing and on-site execution (not design-only or site-only candidates).
- Proficiency in taking accurate site measurements.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp or similar design software preferred.
- Confident communication skills to independently manage client interactions.
- Ability to travel across Ahmedabad for site visits regularly.
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after training in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design with site supervision exposure.
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to travel to Hyderabad for initial training (1 week–10 days), accommodation/travel support as per company policy
- Must be based in Ahmedabad thereafter, working from our Navrangpura office
