Job Summary
A Site Engineer manages day-to-day construction site operations, coordinates with contractors and workers, monitors project progress, and ensures compliance with engineering standards.
Experience : 1-10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction work at project sites
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Monitor project schedules and progress
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site
- Resolve technical issues during construction
- Manage labor, equipment, and material usage
- Conduct site measurements and surveying activities
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Project management and coordination skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Familiarity with software such as:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in construction/site supervision preferred
Pay: ₹10,783.96 - ₹49,967.79 per month
