This is iPath's first BD/Sales leadership hire. You will own revenue growth across both of our business lines — BPO/KPO services and the DigitizeFM SaaS platform — and will be responsible for building the sales playbook, pipeline, and (over time) the team beneath you. You will work closely with the Founder & Managing Director and with UK-based stakeholders, including our existing client relationships at Bellrock and other FM-sector accounts.
This is a generalist, builder-stage role rather than a narrow specialist position. In the first 90 days, the mandate will be deliberately narrow — focused on one of our two business lines at a time — before expanding to a full dual-motion remit.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end BD strategy for both BPO/KPO services and DigitizeFM SaaS, recognising that each has a distinct buyer, sales cycle, and value proposition.
- Define iPath's ideal customer profile(s) for each business line, with initial focus on UK facilities management, property services, legal, finance, and healthcare verticals.
- Build and run outbound prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email) and represent iPath credibly to UK procurement, operations, and technology buyers (including CIOs and Facility Directors for DigitizeFM).
- Convert iPath's 17-year delivery history and existing client relationships (Bellrock, Clearway, Tredion) into referenceable case studies and proof points for new business conversations.
- Own the full sales cycle for new BPO/KPO accounts, including RFP responses, and run product-led demo and pilot cycles for DigitizeFM.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts, particularly within the Bellrock relationship.
- Select and implement a CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Zoho) and establish a repeatable, documented sales process.
- Build the business case for, and recruit, a small team beneath you over time — starting with SDR/lead-generation support and presales capability.
- Report regularly to the Founder & MD on pipeline, conversion, and progress against the 200-by-2025 and 500-by-2030 growth targets.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15+ years in business development, sales, or account management, with a track record of selling UK-facing services from India — IT services, BPO/KPO, or enterprise SaaS.
- Direct experience navigating UK buying processes, procurement culture, and stakeholder management (prior exposure to facilities management, property services, or PropTech is a strong plus).
- Comfort operating without an existing playbook — you will be building the process, not executing someone else's.
- Ability to credibly hold conversations with both operational/procurement buyers (BPO/KPO) and technical buyers such as CIOs and Facility Directors (DigitizeFM).
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and modern outbound channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; demonstrated ability to build trust with UK counterparts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — prior experience as an early BD hire, founder, or in a small/scaling services business is highly valued.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
