Job Description – Service Executive (Electronics Manufacturing Industry)
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive to support after-sales service operations, customer support activities, product servicing, and technical coordination within the electronics manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling service requests, coordinating with service engineers and service centers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
The role includes managing product service requests, warranty claims, repairs, replacements, RTV returns, and spare parts coordination while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Service Executive will work closely with sales teams, distributors, warehouses, logistics partners, and technical departments to ensure smooth execution and closure of service cases.
Key responsibilities include registering and tracking service calls, monitoring turnaround time (TAT), maintaining service records and reports, coordinating installations and repairs, handling toll-free service requests, processing claims, and supporting franchise/service center operations. The candidate will also assist in providing product feedback to internal teams for quality and service improvements.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills with experience in consumer electronics, LED TVs, audio products, appliances, or related categories. Knowledge of service operations, warranty management, customer support, and basic technical troubleshooting will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
