Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering suitable wealth management solutions including Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, and General Insurance. The role involves client servicing, business development, transaction execution, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Make daily client calls and follow up on leads.
- Conduct one-to-one client meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Generate new business through referrals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Process Mutual Fund, Life Insurance, and General Insurance cases.
- Prepare and send proposals to clients.
- Update client profiles, CRM, and meeting records.
- Coordinate with Operations for timely case execution.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- AMFI/NISM/IRDAI certifications preferred
- 2–5 years' experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Mutual Funds, or Insurance
