Job Summary
The Front Office Executive is responsible for welcoming patients, managing registrations, scheduling appointments, handling billing coordination, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, calls, and front desk operations.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for seamless patient service.
- Support billing and administrative activities.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient service standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/HIS).
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
