- Call existing customers for insurance renewal
- Explain policy details and renewal benefits
- Follow up with customers for timely renewal
- Maintain customer database and records
- Coordinate with the team for policy processing
- Build good relationships with customers
- Achieve renewal targets and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Experience in insurance or telecalling will be preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
