As a Telecaller & Front Desk Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact for students and parents, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience and helping aspiring learners take the first step toward their educational goals.
Job Summary
The Telecaller & Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, handling student and parent interactions, maintaining front desk operations, and supporting the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective students and visitors.
Telecalling Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain institute programs, courses, workshops, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Manage walk-in inquiries and provide complete information about courses and services.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate student counseling sessions and meetings.
- Handle basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentable.
Admission Support
- Assist students with admission forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams regarding admissions.
- Maintain admission records and student databases.
- Support enrollment campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain student records and office files.
- Manage correspondence through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth daily operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS records as required.
