Position Summary
we are seeking a motivated, service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily restaurant and outlet operations while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsbilties

Supervise daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead and support colleagues during meal periods, shifts, and special events.

Ensure all guests are greeted and served in a professional, warm, and timely manner.

Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, and overall outlet appearance.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability.

Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Train, coach, and motivate colleagues to maintain Hyatt and outlet service standards.

Support scheduling, side work completion, inventory controls, and labor productivity goals.

Enforce sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards in accordance with company policy and local regulations.

Assist management with colleague development, performance feedback, and daily shift leadership.

Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and hotel offerings.
