We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educator Hotel Administration to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience in hotel operations, with a primary focus on Housekeeping, and a passion for teaching, training, and mentoring students pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. Candidates with prior teaching or training experience in hospitality institutes will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom lectures and practical training sessions related to Hotel Administration and Hospitality Management.
- Train students on housekeeping operations, room management, cleanliness standards, guest service practices, hotel procedures, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, training materials, and assessments.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and industry-oriented learning sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, practical assessments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students for internships, placements, and career development opportunities.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning activities.
- Stay updated with current hospitality industry trends and integrate them into training programs.
- Maintain professional standards, discipline, and an engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Housekeeping Department of a reputed hotel, preferably a 4-star or 5-star property.
- Prior teaching, training, or student mentoring experience in a hospitality institute is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping management, cleaning procedures, guest service standards, and hospitality practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively train and engage students through practical and interactive learning methods.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and organizational abilities.

- Experience in both the hospitality industry and academic/training environments.
- Strong background in Housekeeping Operations with exposure to overall hotel administration functions.
