Key responsibilities
- Create marketing materials: Design visually appealing and professional marketing collateral such as property brochures, flyers, listing presentations, and digital ads.
- Develop digital content: Produce engaging content for websites, social media platforms (like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all visual assets to create a cohesive and professional image for the company and its agents.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and property management teams to understand project needs and ensure all visuals effectively communicate property features.
- Manage projects: Balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, which are common in the real estate industry.
- Assist with other tasks: May be involved in editing property photos, creating signage, or assisting with video editing for virtual tours.
Required skills and experience
- Design software: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite , AI Tools,(Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
- Collaboration and communication: Strong communication skills are needed to work effectively with different teams and agents.
- Organization: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is crucial.
- Real estate knowledge: Understanding the specific needs of the real estate market is beneficial for creating effective visuals.
