Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining data & records, attendance tracking and handling office supplies.
- Accounts Assistance
- Support in preparing vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in maintaining ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Help in payroll processing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare basic MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Provide timely updates on activities related to Administration and Accounts departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
