HYZ Ventures is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions across our group companies and business verticals.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment platforms, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and respective departments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer and joining process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frequently required positions.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding recruitment requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure proper documentation from selected candidates.
