We are hiring Back Office Executive for one of our esteemed clients in the Trading & Manufacturing industry, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

- Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd Saturday – half day)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an efficient and organized Back Office Executive to handle backend operations, Quotations, Reports, and Administrative tasks. The candidate should have hands-on experience with MS Office, and Quotation Preparation and IndiaMart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IndiaMART inquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up on pending requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Back Office Executive.
- IndiaMART lead handling experience (preferred) / Willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of Quotation Preparation and Reporting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from Engineering / Manufacturing / Trading industry will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners and Local candidates preferred.
