We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven FMCG Sales Executive to expand our market presence by onboarding new clients and increasing product sales. The role involves field sales, distributor handling, and B2B client acquisition across retail stores, cafés, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients (retail stores, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, corporate clients)
- Visit outlets daily and generate orders
- Promote and sell FMCG products (frozen foods, dairy, bakery supplies, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect payments and manage outstanding dues
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse for order fulfillment
Qualification:
Experience:
- 1–3 years in FMCG sales / field sales
- Experience in food / retail / distribution is a plus
- Freshers with strong interest can apply
