- Check and verify EAP portal content quality and accuracy.
- Identify, report, and help resolve issues/bugs.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue fixing.
- Perform regular testing and quality checks.

- Basic knowledge of QA/testing.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
