We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior HTML/CSS Developer to join our growing front-end team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for translating creative visual concepts and wireframes into clean, well-structured, and responsive web pages. You will collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers and back-end developers to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience across all devices and browsers. Key Responsibilities
- Code Implementation: Write clean, structured, and semantic HTML5 and CSS3 code based on design mockups (from Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop).
- Responsive Design: Develop websites and application interfaces that look and function perfectly across multiple screen resolutions, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and debug web layouts using browser developer tools to ensure consistent styling and functionality across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers to understand design intents and with backend developers to integrate front-end components seamlessly.
- Website Maintenance: Help troubleshoot, debug, and update existing websites and web templates as required.
- Best Practices: Follow modern web standards, maintain documentation, and adhere to clean-coding workflows.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Experience Level: 0–1 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio proof).
- Core Skills: Mastery of semantic HTML5 and CSS3 layout techniques (Flexbox, CSS Grid).
- Framework Knowledge: Basic understanding of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Scripting Basics: Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery (ability to integrate basic interactive elements).
- Design Literacy: Ability to navigate and extract visual assets from design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Version Control: Familiarity with modern code management workflows, specifically Git and GitHub.
