Key Responsibilities
Compliance Support
Assist Accounts Head with data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS filings
Maintain fixed asset register and compute depreciation as per schedule
Support statutory, internal, and GST audits with schedules and documentation.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate weekly cash flow, receivables, and payables MIS for Accounts Head
Liaise with vendors for ledger confirmations and with customers for collections
Daily Accounting & Entries
Pass purchase, sales, expense, journal, and contra entries in Tally Prime & or Zoho Books with 100% accuracy.
Maintain day book and ensure all vouchers are supported with proper documentation.
Book all marketplace, website, and retail channel sales data from Shopify into Tally/Zoho
Banking & Reconciliations
Perform periodic bank reconciliations for all company accounts; flag and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours.
Track payment receipts from marketplaces, payment gateways, and B2B clients.
Prepare payment schedules and process vendor payouts after 3-way PO-GRN-Invoice matching.
Petty Cash & Expenses
Manage petty cash: disburse, record, and replenish with full bill backup.
Verify employee expense claims and ensure adherence to the company expense policy.
Maintain digital + physical filing of all bills, invoices, and statutory documents
Inventory & Stock
Coordinate fortnightly stock take at the warehouse; reconcile physical stock vs Zoho Inventory vs Tally.
Pass stock adjustment entries and investigate variances
Track samples, damages, production losses and expiry for write-off approvals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
