Job Description – Production Support Engineer (Guiding Care)
Project: CareSource – Production Support
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Hybrid (Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore)
Duration: 6+ Months
Start: Mid-August
Key Responsibilities
· Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care and related healthcare applications.
· Troubleshoot APIs, middleware, and SQL issues; perform root cause analysis.
· Implement minor fixes/patches using C#/.NET.
· Monitor integrations, optimize performance, and maintain knowledge base.
· Support automation for validation/testing and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
· Communicate effectively during major incidents with stakeholders.
Required Skills
· Guiding Care (Mandatory) and US Healthcare domain experience.
· .NET (C#, ASP.NET), SQL Server, Production Support.
· Strong SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.
· Claims, benefits, and provider management knowledge.
· Java exposure for backend tasks; reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
· Strong communication and leadership skills; AI usage in Application Support.
Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
