Key Responsibilities:
- Telecalling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, set appointments, and create sales opportunities.
- Sales Pitching: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services, tailoring the pitch to the needs and interests of each prospect.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services to confidently answer customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Data Entry & CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who have shown interest in our products/services, providing additional information and closing sales.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from prospects and customers to improve sales strategies and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, improve strategies, and ensure alignment in messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and overcome resistance to secure a sale.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and resilience in handling rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or B2C telecalling, with a proven track record of closing sales.
- Experience in a particular industry (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare) depending on the company's market.
