Payroll Specialist

Job description:
· Process monthly payroll and related payments to employees, authorities, and clients.
· Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
· Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and declarations to relevant authorities.
· Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
· Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
· Coordinate with software providers and internal departments to generate payroll reports based on client requirements.
· Monitor legislative and regulatory changes related to payroll and implement necessary updates.
· Assist with payroll reconciliations and audits when required.
· Support the Payroll Department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
· Professional qualification in Payroll, HR, or Accounting will be considered an advantage.
· 2–4 years of proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
· Experience within international or multinational environments will be considered an asset.
· Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and social insurance procedures.
· Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and payroll management systems.
· Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
