Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the hospitality technology market. The role involves meeting hotel and restaurant clients, presenting our software solutions, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting field visits and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of sales/business development experience (hospitality tech experience is mandatory)
- Good understanding of PMS, POS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine
- Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and follow-ups
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
- Must have a two-wheeler for field visits and a laptop for product demos and presentations
