Eligibility Criteria
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles
· Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi & Bengali
· Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
· Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset
Job Responsibilities
· Provide academic counselling to students via calls or one to one
· Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
· Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads
· Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
· Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
· Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure student engagement and satisfaction
· Active participation of career Fairs and School/College Events
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
