Required Responsibilities
- Experience in handling international clients.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Website Development, Digital Marketing, CRM, Mobile Applications, or related IT services.
- Ability to maintain client relationships and provide customer support.
- Strong upselling and sales conversion skills to meet assigned Targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Prior experience in IT Services, Website Development, Digital Marketing, CRM Solutions etc
* Experience managing international B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate with international clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements related to Website Development, Digital Marketing, CRM, and related IT services.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer support.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Convert leads into sales and generate revenue from assigned prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
