Job Title: Process Coordinator
We are hiring a Process Coordinator for our organization who can manage daily operations smoothly and ensure proper coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- FMS,PMS handling and updates
- To take follow-up of delegated tasks and checklist activities and Reporting to director
- Daily office coordination and reporting
- Strong follow-up with supervisors and internal teams
- Maintaining records in Google Sheets & MS Excel
- Ensuring tasks are completed within timelines
- Supporting overall office management activities
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
- Good communication with supervisors and team
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Understanding of office workflow & reporting system
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
