Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to manage IVR calls, handle customer enquiries, update the CRM, and coordinate viewings and appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming IVR calls and ensure accurate, timely routing to the correct team.
- Respond to customer queries over the phone with professionalism and clarity.
- Update and maintain customer records, leads, and interaction notes in the CRM.
- Proactively follow up to confirm appointments and resolve last-minute queries.
- Schedule and coordinate facility viewings; share necessary details with customers and team members.
- Send personalized introduction messages and follow-ups via email and WhatsApp.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using IVR systems, CRMs, and messaging platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and good data-entry accuracy.
- Empathetic listener, customer-focused, and service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years experience in customer service, telecalling, or front-office roles.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
