Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook mezza according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and mezza preparation checklist.
- Monitor mezza quality while preparing.
- Set-up and break down work stations.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Requirements
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- BS degree in culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
