Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct First Piece, Last Piece, and Patrol Inspections (every 2 hours) as per control plan (dimensional & visual checks).
- Ensure display of quality documents (control plan, visual aids, control charts) at machines.
- Verify process parameters & daily checksheets are maintained by operators.
- Manage daily rejection collection, segregation, and secure storage (lock & key).
- Maintain shift handover records and ensure smooth transition.
- Perform daily quality clearance in ERP system.
- Maintain 4M change records and support product audits as per plan.
- Verify and coordinate scrap disposal with stores.
- Maintain 5S standards in QA office and lab areas.
- Handle PDI reports & incoming inspection during absenteeism.
- Support customer complaint handling, including containment actions (segregation/rework).
- Maintain master samples / limit samples for running parts.
- Perform incoming inspection when required.
- Carry out other QA activities assigned by seniors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 3–4 years in inspection/quality activities.
- Willing to work in 12-hour shift operations.
- Flexible to work on weekly offs / reliever absenteeism (C-off provided).
- Must own a 2-wheeler for commuting.
- Willing to travel between plants and attend customer visits.
- Ready to work extended hours during audits and critical situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
