Job Summary
The Assistant Manager/Manager – Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and
supervising interior fit-out and construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality execution,
cost control, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Construction & Project Execution
Assist in the planning and execution of interior fit-out and construction projects.
Monitor project progress to ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets.
Track material requirements, procurement schedules, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management review.
Resolve day-to-day site execution challenges and escalate critical issues when required.
Site Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, and project records.
Support implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices at project sites.
Civil & Structural Coordination
Review civil and structural drawings for constructability and site feasibility.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project stakeholders during execution.
Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and engineering standards.
Verify site measurements and monitor execution quality to maintain structural integrity.
Interior Design & Fit-Out Coordination
Coordinate with interior designers and project teams for effective implementation of design
concepts and Monitor execution of interior works.
Ensure alignment between civil, structural, and MEP services during fit-out activities.
Support selection and procurement of materials, fixtures, and finishes as per project
requirements.
Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per hour
