Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring across various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members when required.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
