Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, electricians, plumbers, and suppliers.
- Monitor work quality and progress.
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Track material usage and site requirements.
- Maintain safety standards on site.
- Report project status to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical construction experience may also be considered regardless of educational background.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Experience in villa, apartment, or residential building construction is mandatory.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
