Job Title: Multi Skill Technician/Electrician/ Technician
Location: Bangalore, Pune , Mumbai(Belapur, Airoli and Powai)
Experience: 1–4 years( Data Center experience will add value)
Qualification: ITI(2 years), Diploma(Electricial – 3years), B.E(4 years)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Multi-Skill Technician with hands-on experience in data center operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of DG sets, transformers, UPS systems, HVAC, and electrical panels. The role involves monitoring, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical infrastructure to ensure 24x7 uptime and safety.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Electrical Systems
- Operate and maintain HT/LT panels, PCC, MCC, and distribution boards
- Monitor electrical parameters (voltage, current, load, PF)
- Identify and report abnormalities in electrical systems
DG (Diesel Generator)
- Operation and routine checks of DG sets
- Monitor fuel levels, coolant, oil, battery health
- Assist during DG auto/manual changeover and breakdowns
Transformers
- Monitor transformer parameters and temperature
- Check oil levels, breather condition, and abnormal sounds
- Support preventive maintenance activities
UPS Systems
- Monitor UPS, batteries, and rectifiers
- Perform basic UPS health checks and alarm monitoring
- Coordinate with OEM during faults or maintenance
HVAC Systems
- Operate and monitor PAC/CRAC units, chillers, AHUs
- Check temperature, humidity, airflow as per data center standards
- Identify alarms, leaks, or performance issues
Operations & Safety
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, and shift reports
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and LOTO procedures
- Support audits, emergency handling, and shutdown activities
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
