The Role
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to own our global marketing function end to end: strategy, demand generation, brand, content, and team leadership. A key priority for this role is scaling our inbound marketing program, SEO, organic content, and organic demand, alongside our existing outbound and paid programs.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute the company's annual and quarterly marketing strategy
- Set goals, KPIs, and success metrics tied to pipeline and revenue
- Identify new markets and build go-to-market plans for new services
Demand Generation & Digital
- Scale our inbound program (SEO, organic content, organic social) into a stronger, more measurable pipeline source
- Build and optimize demand gen programs across Email, ABM, LinkedIn, Paid Search, and Webinars
- Improve MQL to SQL conversion and marketing-sourced pipeline
- Own website performance, CRO, and digital campaign reporting
Brand & Content
- Own brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels
- Guide a content engine spanning blogs, case studies, reports, and sales collateral
- Lead PR and thought leadership efforts
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Build attribution models and executive-level reporting
- Report on pipeline, revenue impact, and ROI on a regular cadence
Team & Budget Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Own and allocate the annual marketing budget
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record running global demand generation programs and hitting pipeline targets
- Experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams
- Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or Pardot, Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Looker Studio or Power BI
Nice to Have
- Experience growing inbound or organic-led programs into a core marketing channel
- Background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
- Experience with ABM, intent data, or content syndication programs
